G turned 7 years old. She wanted to have her birthday party with her good friend, N, and they both invited 3 friends. N's mom had her hair stylist come over and do their hair. they made bracelets and we painted all of the toes. The pictures are not my kitchen/house. We had the party at the other mom's house. (nice for me- no cleanup)
Needless to say, having 9 or 10 6/7 year olds is exhausting. She had a great time! She turned 7 at the beginning of Oct, I am just getting around to posting pictures. We have been so busy lately. I know that it is just going to worse with the holidays coming up. We get the entire week of Thanksgiving off, so that is helpful. We are going to go home for thanksgiving, then C and I are off to Branson for some R&R. We are going to do SDC adult style.
The picture with G and Nana/Papa IS my living room.

We went to Albuquerque a few weeks ago to attend the funeral of Chads cousin, Brent. While we were there we went to Old Albuqurque and the girls all tried on these hats. We also visited one of the oldest catholic churches in the United States.
It is a very beautiful church. As we were leaving, I stopped to look at some of the old pictures on the walls. This church is from the 1700's and still has services. All of a sudden I hear, "moms, whats this?" I looked over and G had her hands in the holy water, playing with it. I thought I was going to pass out.
Our picture is now on the front of the church saying "Do not let this family in"
I guess G is Blessed now. haha. :)

First Day of School

We went to Navarre Beach this summer. The girls had never seen the ocean so they were so excited. It was a great week - most of the time we did not know what day of the week or what time it was. Most of us got stung by jellyfish, but other than that all we did was either play in the sand/ocean or go to the poos at our condo.
We went with my best friend from Ark. Becky W.

Here it is ---- Our new RV!! Chad and I decided to buy an rv for our family this summer. We have taken it camping and to Florida and we plan to do much more traveling with it. As we traveled, we were able to eat on the go. We had many sandwiches on this trip.
We are planning on going to Devils Den for Fall Break this year and take the girls into the cave. I, of course, will be waiting from them at the entrance.

Here we all are at Flounders right on the beach. Chad got to see a friend of his from high school. Dusty (on the right, blonde) is stationed at Pensacola until the Fall. On the right is me, Becky, and her husband Jackie. The kids ( 7 of them) were on the playground right in the middle of the resteraunt. I will post more pictures of everyone on the beach later. We had a great time and came back pretty tired. Can you guess what Jackie does for a living just by looking at him? He is the one with the Fu Man Choo. haha.
BTW, that is NOT my baby. Her name is Jessica and she is Dusty's.

We had Katie's 4th birthday party on Saturday. She had four little girls from her preschool (church) and Nana, Papa, Aunt Tracy, Uncle John, etc, etc.
We set up our bonzai slide and a small pool and played outside for the entire afternoon. She had a great time with everyone. Even our neighbors showed up!
Its official, I do not have any more babies. :(

There is a new kitty at our house. The girls and I went to the Animal shelter and "rescued" her last week. Grace named her Angel.
After reading Chad's cousin's blog today, we will not be having any "sneaking suspicions" about her. She has been fixed. haha. But the girls would be more than thrilled with that kind of surprise. Good luck S.
The girls are thrilled because the cat lets them carry her everywhere. They have even put her in the baby stroller and strolled around the house. She seems to be quite tolerant of 4 little girls. We have just finished spring break and today is the first day no one has run a fever in over a week. Yuck! I guess the positive is no loss of school. I took P to see Night at the Museum with one of her friends tonight and I laughed through the entire movie. About halfway through the movie, she leaned over and says "Mom, I don't get it". Oh well, myself and her friend's mother thought it was hysterical. A great movie to see. --- My first movie review.
